The Sacramento Grow Green Program, funded by the City of Sacramento Cannabis Opportunity, Reinvestment and Equity (CORE) Program, aims to assist individuals and communities who are facing barriers to starting a cannabis business due to the historical disparate enforcement of cannabis crimes
